Refund policy

Cancellations
At JC Rentals we will try our best to accommodate you. Please try to provide any cancellations to us at least 2 days in advance. Rainy day refunds will NOT be given unless you cancel before your reservation starts or return the rental at an earlier date.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged you will be charged the full retail price upon return.  Please check out our damage protection on each item to allow for lost, stolen or damaged items.  This is a non refundable item.  If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can correct it and make it right!

Refunds
Hopefully you'll love your rental from JC Rentals, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied or unhappy with our products and services please let us know as soon as possible.  Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis, but we will do the best to work with you and make your rental with us the best it can be!
