How Does It Work
- You browse our Inventory and decide what equipment you need for your upcoming beach vacation.

Call or Text us at (410)487-1610 or email us at jcrentalsinfo@gmail.com at any time to request the beach equipment. Or you can also fill out our online
Contact Us form! Within your request please include:
- The items you want to rent
- Date(s) for delivery and pick up
- Times for delivery and pick up
- Address for delivery and pick up
- Phone number for easy contact
- Email Address for confirmation
- Once we have all that information, we will send you a confirmation email where you can pay in advance, or you can of course wait until we deliver to pay in person!
- Then on the starting day of your rental with us, we will meet you at your desired delivery drop-off location at your desired time with the beach equipment you requested! This beach equipment is now yours for the rest of your rental period for you to take and use as you please!
- At the end of your rental we then will pickup the beach equipment at your desired delivery drop-off location at your desired time! It's as easy as that!
Notes:
- Our hours for drop off and pick up are on our Hours page.
- Feel free to request for a drop off or pick up time outside of our scheduled hours and we will do our best to accommodate.
- Delivery/drop off and pick up are free.
- We deliver directly to your hotel, condo, Airbnb, etc.
- We do not drop off or set up rental equipment directly on the beach.
- Customers are responsible for bringing the rented equipment to the beach, setting the equipment up on the beach, taking down equipment at the beach and bringing equipment back to pickup location at the end of your rental.
- Pay before or at time of delivery via credit/debit card, cash and Apple Pay!
- We understand you're busy having fun on your vacation, so if you want to change your delivery or pickup times slightly just send us a call, text or email with your updated request!
- We clean and inspect the equipment in between each customer.
- We do our best to accommodate for cancelations due to inclement weather, etc. Please give us a minimum of a 12 hour notice for any cancellation requests.
- By renting with us, you are agreeing to and are bound by our Terms of Service/Rental Policy
